Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,247 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of potassium ion import across plasma membrane, Maintenance of blood-brain barrier, and Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication. Each is linked with ANKRD22 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD22-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD22 results are reported.
