ANKRD20A7P

associated omics data
ankyrin repeat domain 20 family member A7, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ANKRD20A7P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ANKRD20A7P expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ANKRD20A7P is differentially expressed in 10, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, ANKRD20A7P RNA expression shows 9,479 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight DLBC, HNSC, and THYM as cancer lineages where ANKRD20A7P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes ANKRD20A7P survival associations across molecular data types. ANKRD20A7P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (20). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible ANKRD20A7P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High ANKRD20A7P expression shows unfavorable associations in DLBC, READ, ACC and UVM, but favorable associations in KIRC and HNSC. The DLBC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .008). Together, the overview and detailed table identify DLBC as the clearest survival context for ANKRD20A7P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for ANKRD20A7P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. ANKRD20A7P shows lower tumor expression in HNSC, BRCA, UCEC, LUAD and LUSC and higher tumor expression in KIRC. The HNSC box plot shows higher ANKRD20A7P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.136, t-test p < 0.001).
