Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ANKRD20A21P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ANKRD20A21P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ANKRD20A21P is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, ANKRD20A21P RNA expression shows 15,949 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight UCS, KICH, and UVM as cancer lineages where ANKRD20A21P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
