Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD20A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD20A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Tuberin, and ASNS. Each is linked with ANKRD20A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD20A1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD20A1 results are reported.
