The most reproducible ANKRD20A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic microtubule organization, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with ANKRD20A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD20A1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD20A1 results are reported.
