ANKRD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,938 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORO6, HOGA1, and UBTD1. Each is linked with ANKRD2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD2 versus CORO6 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
