ANKRD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,824 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHSG, MRPS26, and S100A4. Each is linked with ANKRD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD2 versus AHSG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
