Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,052 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM40, PKD1L2, and KRT80. Each is linked with ANKRD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD2 results are reported.
