The most reproducible ANKRD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor production, Signal release, and Mammary gland involution. Each is linked with ANKRD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD2 results are reported.
