Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD18DP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKRD18DP data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ANKRD18DP Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD18DP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC are the cancer types where ANKRD18DP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
