Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD18B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKRD18B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ANKRD18B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD18B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, READ, and ESCA are the cancer types where ANKRD18B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
