Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD18B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD18B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRELID3BP1, UBE2V1P5, and FBP2P1. Each is linked with ANKRD18B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD18B-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD18B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRELID3BP1 grouped by ANKRD18B-low versus ANKRD18B-high in SARC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD18B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD18B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
