ANKRD17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,516 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC1, SDF2L1, and G3BP2. Each is linked with ANKRD17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD17-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD17 versus DNAJC1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
