ANKRD17

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,309 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDAD1, GRSF1, and MAD2L1. Each is linked with ANKRD17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD17-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD17 versus SDAD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
