Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,661 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Regulation of RNA stability, and RNA destabilization. Each is linked with ANKRD17 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD17-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD17 results are reported.
