ANKRD17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD17 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,858 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD17-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMA5, LRBA, and PLXNC1. Each is linked with ANKRD17 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD17-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAMA5 grouped by ANKRD17-low versus ANKRD17-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
