Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD13D RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANKRD13D data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ANKRD13D RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD13D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and SKCM show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and UVM are the cancer types where ANKRD13D RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
