The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ANKRD13D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD13D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, SKCM, and LIHC are the cancer types where ANKRD13D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
