Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD13D mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKRD13D data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher ANKRD13D mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD13D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

PDAC, HNSC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ANKRD13D mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
