ANKRD12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,993 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL54, CHAF1A, and FCER1A. Each is linked with ANKRD12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD12-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL54 grouped by ANKRD12-low versus ANKRD12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
