ANKRD12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 751 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDM4, NBL1, and RPRD1B. Each is linked with ANKRD12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD12-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDM4 grouped by ANKRD12-low versus ANKRD12-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
