Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD11P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANKRD11P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ANKRD11P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD11P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and BRCA show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and DLBC are the cancer types where ANKRD11P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
