Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,978 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are UDP biosynthetic process, Pyrimidine ribonucleoside diphosphate biosynthetic process, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with ANKRA2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRA2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRA2 results are reported.
