ANKLE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKLE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,227 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKLE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAA25, RAN, and RBM19. Each is linked with ANKLE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKLE2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKLE2 versus NAA25 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
