ANKLE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKLE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,102 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAN, CAVIN2, and SELENOP. Each is linked with ANKLE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKLE2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKLE2 versus RAN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
