ANKLE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKLE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,902 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRIP3, PBK, and MRM3. Each is linked with ANKLE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKLE2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIRIP3 grouped by ANKLE2-low versus ANKLE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
