Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKLE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,943 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKLE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 5'-splice site recognition, Microtubule polymerization, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with ANKLE2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKLE2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKLE2 results are reported.
