ANKLE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKLE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 933 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALR3, ADAD1, and KNCN. Each is linked with ANKLE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKLE2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALR3 grouped by ANKLE2-low versus ANKLE2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
