Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKLE1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKLE1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ANKLE1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKLE1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where ANKLE1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
