ANKK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,599 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT88, STX11, and ABAT. Each is linked with ANKK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKK1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKK1 versus IFT88 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
