Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,095 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and Cellular response to amino acid starvation. Each is linked with ANKK1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKK1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKK1 results are reported.
