The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ANKIB1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKIB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, LUAD, and READ are the cancer types where ANKIB1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
