ANKIB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKIB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,729 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKIB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAG, GTF2I, and WASL. Each is linked with ANKIB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKIB1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKIB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKIB1 versus YWHAG in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKIB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKIB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
