ANKIB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKIB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,314 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKIB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYC, RHBDD2, and ARHGAP32. Each is linked with ANKIB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKIB1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKIB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKIB1 versus MYC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKIB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKIB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
