Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKIB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 685 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKIB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIML1, OR56A5, and ICMT. Each is linked with ANKIB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKIB1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKIB1 results are reported.
