Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKHD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKHD1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ANKHD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKHD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and LIHC are the cancer types where ANKHD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
