ANKHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APC, TP53, and TTN. Each is linked with ANKHD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APC grouped by ANKHD1-low versus ANKHD1-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
