Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,732 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPYL1, PITX1, and DNAJC12. Each is linked with ANKHD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKHD1 versus TSPYL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
