Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,436 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MT-ND1, TTC1, and DIAPH1. Each is linked with ANKHD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKHD1 versus MT-ND1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
