ANKHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P17, RAC1P8, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with ANKHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND6P17 grouped by ANKHD1-low versus ANKHD1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
