ANKHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,638 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTTNBP2, SATB2, and SUPT6H. Each is linked with ANKHD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTTNBP2 grouped by ANKHD1-low versus ANKHD1-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
