Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKFY1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKFY1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ANKFY1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKFY1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ANKFY1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
