ANKFN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKFN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,733 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKFN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BBS2, DDX55, and LIN54_S635. Each is linked with ANKFN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKFN1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKFN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKFN1 versus BBS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKFN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKFN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
