Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKEF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,829 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKEF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Vacuole fusion, and Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with ANKEF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKEF1 results are reported.
