ANKDD1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKDD1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKDD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Paxillin, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ANKDD1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKDD1A-to-partner and partner-to-ANKDD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by ANKDD1A-low versus ANKDD1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKDD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKDD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
