Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,689 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell communication by electrical coupling, Negative regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transporter activity, and Negative regulation of delayed rectifier potassium channel activity. Each is linked with ANK3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANK3-to-partner and partner-to-ANK3 results are reported.
