ANK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,681 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC5, ZSWIM7, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with ANK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANK3-to-partner and partner-to-ANK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC5 grouped by ANK3-low versus ANK3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
