ANK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,192 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCAT, PIAS4, and GUF1. Each is linked with ANK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANK1-to-partner and partner-to-ANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCAT grouped by ANK1-low versus ANK1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
