Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, beta-Catenin, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ANK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANK1-to-partner and partner-to-ANK1 results are reported.
