Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,749 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of apical/basal cell polarity, Maintenance of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, and Regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with ANK1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANK1-to-partner and partner-to-ANK1 results are reported.
